I had an emergency heating issue. Hay’s came out within the hour and diagnosed the problem. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely use them again

Tech was a nice enough person. They forgot to put a screw in place on the fan. Result fan and HVAC stopped working.Called and no one got back to me as it was after hours.Called at 8am on saturday and told someone would get back to me on monday.Order parts from Hay's but no one ever told me when parts could be expected.Bad customer service.

The technician was prompt and very pleasant. He cleaned the boiler and. checked the thermostat. He gave me hints on how to use the fan with better efficient. He explained what services he provided and was very efficient.

Hay's always does an excellent job preparing the annual maintenance on my systems and making repairs as needed. John M. did an excellent job for the Winter preparation service today. We had an issue where our air conditioner quit working during the peak of summer heat. Mike was here the same morning I called, and identified and fixed the problem quickly. He explained everything clearly to me - great experience overall!
